I was taken completely by surprise by the snow on Saturday morning, so much so that I had very little time to get any decent shots before it melted. Here's one I quite like.

LOL, anyway, I like the shot. The snow looks a tad blown out in the wheelbarrow, but looks spot on on the ground. Was the ground in relative shade, by chance?

Lol, afraid not. Though I do occasionally play the guitar!

Thanks for your comment, the ground was well shaded by a tall hedge to the right of the shot. I did notice that the snow in the wheelbarrow was a bit blown out, but I felt that it didn't spoil the image too much.

I can see the place where you tried to replace the highlights. Just needed to feather it a little, like 3-4 pixels.

Love it, I especially like the few blades of grass coming up thru the snow. Great!
