anyway..... i purchased something from someone using paypal, and on my end it says the money was transfered. on the other persons end they say its in their paypal acct. but not in the bank. and they cant do anything untill its in their acct..

how do you get it out of paypal into the bank?

They have to log into their paypal account and transfer it to their bank account.

Yes. Also, the seller should realize that their PayPal account is "their account".

yeah i know. i just hate it when people sit on it for days and days. you know. and it turned out they didnt know what to do.. so its ok. its done now..

Shanny this is in direct contravention of PayPal's rules. The minute they have the money in the PayPal account they consider payment sent and are REQUIRED to ship.

When I bought my 1Ds Mk.II this happened. There was a hold put on such a large transaction by his bank and it took nealry a month to get funds into his bank account. By that time I had already won the Paypal dispute and had my money credited back to me.

Ship now. Or Paypal will make them in a world of hurt.
