So I took my first family session today, I didn't get paid for it, it was a Trade For Print session, so that I can expand my business. Be honest and tell me what you think.

Thanks!!

Might be just be how you saved them down, but they all seam soft and a little grainy to me.
I do like #9 and #6 (althought if she was looking at the camera that would of made it)

Thanks! I love #9 as well, I think it's my favorite.

I'm thinking its the compression that made them seem soft. They all look sharp in the originals.

that noon day sun is a killer. Some were really overexposed or too harsh. For the time of day you did get a couple of good shots. The one where the mom is looking back at the two others seems an odd spot to focus on the back of her head. If her head was turned slightly so you could see her laughing that would have been the ticket! Cute family

I agree that some of them do look soft.

#9 is clearly the best shot of the bunch! Nice work!
