IS there a plugin to make editing eye color and stuff easyer? for PS?

There's a plugin in for just about everything you could imagine (although red eye removal is quicker by hand)

not really looking at it to remove red eye more to change the color of the eye's iris

No idea if there is a plugin for that but it would be pretty easy to do in a variety of ways

here are some starters to give you an idea

two minutes work.

quick mask the iris and then make it a selection, invert the selction (so iris is selcted) play with the colour balance to get required colour (you can make pretty much any colour)

I'm sure there are plenty more ways, this was the first that popped into my head

No, quick mask, but whatever selection process you want to use is fine.
If you don't know about quick mask check it out, it's very useful.

ok thhis is kidna off topic but i been trying to print some pics today and they com out really bad and i have a 7960 Hp photo printer... this hole desktop prinitng thing is starting to agravate me.... i have no clue what to do about the printer.. yea i finally got there eye thing to do what i want perfectly... to bad i cant get the printer to print...

I assume that you had the printer set for the right paper etc?

yea i do let windows handle it, i handled it and it coomes out horriable i seen what this printer can do and i gotta say if i spent 25 bucks on a printer thats what its doing... spending what i did for 7960 its seems liek its performing really bad...

hehe i rtfm over and over... ill play wiht it more but i think i wasted about 10 to 15$ worth of stock jsut to test it....
