nice idea, well captured.
I'd like to see it with lower exposure too though, to bring out some of the blown detail. It may be worth trying some filters on it too (photoshop) to see what happens.

i'd actually go and edit that one to where you couldn't see any skin texture and make it all white.

I kind of had the same idea, not so much the skin texture though, but at least make it look flat.
Thats my idea anyways

Yup, I agree. That'd look excellent. Maybe try tinkering aroud in Photoshop a bit! :D

I think it's perfect. You can modify if you like, but consider any results as new photos.

I like it, but I think I'd like it better in landscape rather than portrait.
The reason being that the focus of the whole shot is the eye - which goes from left to right. The viewer's eye would naturally follow this therefore any part of the image above and below the eye are redundant... in my eyes anyway :wink:

I kind of expected the photo to stop just below the eye. I'm not sure that I like that it keeps going for another halfway.
