I was trying to reply to a post but it ended up as a new topic..Sorry for the mistake. But here it is. Hopes it helps someone out.
I take the healing tool and touch up the face.
Then I duplicate the layer and add a gaucassian blur of about 50 percent.
Then I take the brush tool and back it down to about 20% flow.
I go around the eyes, edges of the nose, lips, edges of ears.
Then I back the opacity of the blur down to the desired effects.
