Hi
Depends what sort of 3D manipulation you need. You have PhotoShop try this:
1. Download both stereo images and open in PhotoShop.
2. Drag the left eye image onto the right eye image (hold SHIFT to centre it)
3. Double click on the image icon in the layers pallet to bring up the Advanced blending dialogue and turn off the Green and Blue channels.
4. Adjust for any vertical or rotational offset (it is probably a lot easier if the original images are taken with the help of a tri(mono)pod) and align the important main object (try not to have too much offset as it becomes too difficult for the brain to correctly interpret the scene).
5. Put on Red/Cyan glasses and look at the 3D image.
Hope this is of interest
