Does the D60 have a data storage feature such as recording the Shutter Speed, F-stop, and ISO setting for each shot? It would be great to go back and get that info for each shot.

Yes it does.

Here is an example of the information stored...

If it's anything like the D30 then you can access the data through a viewer like Breezebrowser.

However, when I crop a picture file using ZoomBrowser all of that information is lost.

Suggest you crop through Photoshop.
