Nice shot, but I think your WB is off, looks a little yellow/green. Also looks slightly underexposed, on my monitor any way.

I would say only very slightly under-exposed. She is rather dark skinned and the white blouse is only slightly darker than it should be. I also don't see any color balance problem.

Might be time to calibrate my monitor then, since your critiques are always right on, :lol:. On my monitor the highlights in her hair are greenish.

Her hair does have a green tinge to it for sure.

The highlights do have a green tinge. This can happen if there is a lot of chlorine in her local water supply. It shows up most prominently under fluorescent lighting with blonde hair.
Happens to me when I swim a lot.
I checked the color balance as soon as I saw the image, and was surprised when it was correct.

;5316146']how do know?:DThe Custom White Balance is an invaluable tool and is apparently not well understood.
Created properly and then used, the CWB provides a correct color balance.
Either that or a Gretag color chart placed in the scene are the most favored techniques used.
