OMG! Too funny...

You'd think by the time the second crane came along the bystanders would have developed enough sense to NOT be standing between the crane and the edge of the water??

I guss not...

Scottes , I have just been taking to the man who owns the truck with 'Michael Long 'on it

first of all I had a good laugh at the pictures..... thanks

 then I thought I reconized the truck

that I had seen it (now and again) tripping the light fantastic along the motorway
...
sometimes

(the names stick in my mind)

I saw the reg. on the front of the truck ( here in the pictures)

and saw that it was a galway number

I rang and was talking to michael long.

for a second I thought that it all may have been one big joke

a set up ???

( of a sort) :?

over here things like that happen
so I should have known better

the good news

no one was hurt

at all

so the laughs are ok

no worries

the levers on the truck
(which jumped after the car and into the water)
are at the back of the cab

and the driver was out of it at the time
operating it from outside

seemly all happened pretty slowly

the other truck (michael longs) is worked by remote control

:(
the driver of/and the car went into the water during the night
friday night
(first weekend in september)

he is fine

it was the following day, saturday afternoon , when these pictures were taken.

now the big question

:?
where did you find the url :? 8)

Well that's all kinda funny!

One of the guys here at work sent it out to us engineers. I figured that people here would get a kick out of it, too.

I just asked him, and he said "someone sent it to me, and someone else sent it to her" so it's just one of those jokes that gets passed along over the Internet.

He did laugh when I told him that you called Michael Long's.

Too funny.

I just rememberd of something similar I have on my PC at home, I'll post it later.
Here goes:

It's a powerpoint slideshow, you might wanna save it first.

I laugh every time I watch that. Slightly related to the link Scott posted.
