Thanks Trace. I thought also it's a wasp, but they say it is a CUCKOO BEE (Nomada vernonensis), so I believe them. :)

Werner- you are not the only one- first time I took a shot of a nomada bee I spent 6 months on and off trying to ID it as a wasp until someone pointed out it was a bee :) I was almost disappointed you had ID'd it correctly :)
