Never knew that a 2/3 replica existed of the Spit. Is it a kit plane?

I think the guy flying is making the kit but not 100% sure.

Considering the Spitfire's wing loading, I don't think I'd wanna fly one that only has 2/3 as much wingspan!! Bet it's nimble...
