All hand held 17-40L f8 Lizards taken through glass with the smaller being an indoor shot.

Thanks, the first one is my favorite of the day. THe lighting was tuff to handle. I wish the zoo would open before 9am, the lighting would bemuch better. Here is the color version.

The first one has fab composition, looks like you had fun that day :0)
I'm off to the zoo at the weekend, our giraffes are only viewable from above unfortunately :0(

That's a bad angle for the giraffe! I don't think she'll like it very much :lol:

Thanks. Lots of people were taking shots of this giraffe because she had come right up to the fence. Most were standing back and trying to get the entire body in with someone stand next to her. I thought the shot looking up might be a better comp, plus I didnt want a bunch of strangers in my shot.
