Might help if you're telling what you want to photograph ;)

Thanx for the reply. Full body models against muslin backdrop. I know I'm supposed to place my main head at 45 degree angle and another on the other side 45 degree but lower. am I correct?
I am creating ads for a tshirt line. So I'm shooting models wearing different tees. Lots of skin.
Plan to pick up a seamless (white) this weekend

I'd not place the fill on the opposite side, but rather closer to the camera axis.

Use a reflector on the opposite side of the main light if you need to.

Here's a few threads that might help: 1 (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=432316&highlight=light+setup), 2 (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=473912&highlight=light+setup), 3 (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=386863),

if you are wanting to accent clothing, then the main would be angled to create texture.
