I think, maybe, hopefully I might get a new printer. I think its either gonig to be the Epson 2220 or the Canon i9990. No one near me sells either. Anyone suggest a good source on the net for printers and ink and 13 x 19 paper?

For inks and paper I use Atlantic Exchange out of Miami.

For printers you might try NewEgg.

For what it's worth, I'd suggest the Epson 2200. I've made ten's of thousands of prints on mine over the past couple of years without a single problem.

You can also get reconditioned printers direct from Epson at a reduced price.
Friend of mine did this and is very happy with his printer.

If you don't want to worry about ink clogging up, and if you want one of the best printers on the market, I would suggest the new Kodak 1400 dye sub printer. It prints an 8" by 10" in less than two minutes. The prints are covered with a laminate that preserves the archival life of the print for over a 100 years additional, Kodak paper is the best there is. This printer prints in both glossy and matte. There is no sustitute for a dye sub printer; the prints come out dry as well as protected and no messy ink to fool around with. This printer is new on the market and costs about $550.00, a very good investment. The cost per 8" by 10" print is $1.74.
