I need a text plug in for CS3 that can make 3D letters, shadow letters and fit to a curve.
Any suggestions?

you can make shadows and warp the text to a curve right in photoshop. As far a 3D I am sure it can be done in photoshop also.
You can use layer styles to create the shadows.
You can right click on the text layer and choose warp text.
you can search for some tutorials on how to make the text 3d.
Just my $.02

www.planetphotoshop.com has just that tutorial right now. Well sorta, Corey Barker walks you through text and the warp tool, shadows etc. It is actually pretty easy to do.

If you have the CS3 suite then you can do these in Illustrator and bring them into Photoshop as a path or simply place directly into Photoshop. I do most of my text work in Illustrator now and bring over this way.
