Screen problem w/SD870

Hi. I just bought the Canon SD870 digital camera and I noticed that the image on the LCD is grainy when i try to take a photo, however when i preview a picture it looks perfectly fine. Is anyone else having this issue? Debating exchange or return. Thanks.

When you review the picture, you're looking at something that's been processed in camera. The live view is a quick rendering of what's in front of the camera at any second, and is constantly being updated; it's necessarily less-refined looking. As long as the finished pictures are satisfactory, don't worry about it.
