They seem a little bright to me...like the light is too harsh..

Your sense of composition and timing of when to take the shot are great; the shallow depth of field you used really makes them pop. Agree with the others that you could dial down the exposure a little, but that bright sun is difficult to work with and you are definitely on the right track to taking some fantastic shots.
