The capture here is very snapshot like.

I feel the frame is a tad too busy, without any subject isolation or interesting composition, and I'm all for being "physical" with the camera, but the angle you chose here is awkward to me. Try moving around to find a better perspective, take a couple of shots from different positions and frame your shots better. Look out for details that might really affect the final product, such as a small part of the chair cutting into the frame.

yeah it does, once i got home i knew there might have beem dome better shots. they had him shoved in a corner and the shortest i had was a 24mm kind of tight. i got this one too
