If you come here through services which hide your real IP number it may well be that those services can not reach the forums. Reason for this is moderators need to be able to follow poster IP's in case of fraudulent use (account hijacking for example) so those services will be put to ban list as soon as they are encountered.
IP addresses can be seen by moderators and admin, and no one else.

68.58.28.x appears to be blocked - or rather, misdirected. From that address group the forum is redirected to an https "admin" login page of some sort for ensim.rackshack.net. At this point it requests acceptance of and SSL certificate that is 18 months past its expiration date.

Sounds like a bad DNS cache in your end. The photography-on-the.net domain was moved 10 days ago to new server/IP block, the page you refer to is on old server which offers login page when accessed by its IP or a missing domain (DNS cache pointing photography-on-the.net to 207.44.132.74 - the correct IP is 67.15.72.32).
