A B&W Mountainbike shot (C&C Please)

took with my Canon Powershot 720 the other day and slapped a bit of Photoshop on it and Voila, I'm quite happy with the results but what do the experts think? C&C please.

For me its lacking definition in the flowers in the foreground and the composition has too much going on in it with the cyclist, post and then another cyclist.

Would have been better with no cyclists in the shot or cyclist and no post.
