The exposure is off..making the photo look soft to me?And that giant logo tends to not help as well;)

Its a tough one, her blouse is hot(loss of detail) and with his dark T shirt, he blends into the BG..the exposure reads correct( on my editor anyway)...next time maybe watch for the little things like colors etc...white is a hard one unless your setup is dead on....

Black background with white clothing is a tough nut to crack. Either change your background, or when speaking with your clients make sure they don't wear light colored clothing.

Compositionally, it's very centred and a bit boring. I don't do portrait work, but I think in general having 2 subjects on the same vertical line is often a bad idea. Maybe stagger them? Can only agree that the white dress was an unfortunate choice - generally don't want anything brighter than the face in proximity to draw the eye away. Expressions captured are very friendly and relaxed. but the whole conveys limited individuality, and no clue to the nature of their connection (friends, brother/sister, couple, co-students/workers). Some clothes, objects, interaction or background that conveys something of hobbies, passions, individuality or connection is more interesting to me.... Cheers, Tony

dont like them being in a line, it does not show them as being a couple ( if they are.... )

The WB looked a little bit cool to me. Here is a quick edit with a slight curves adjustment, color balance and sharpening.
