I was shooting at 800 ISO/F11/1/30th with a tripod. This photoshoot was for the High School yearbook, so the size will be small...what can I do to improve the shot?

Matt...its so small to work with....doesn;t matter how you play with it, alot of the faces are hot or blown,..
I tried...:confused:

I shot is RAW also, can I bring back the faces? I have about 80 shots, all with different exposures..so I will post another one later this afternoon...

Not a lot you can do here since you have some extreme lighting; but here's what I did.
Adjusted levels to darken blacks a bit and keep whites constant. Increased saturation in the Red channel by 20%. Sharpened 88% with 1 pixel radius.
