Sigma EF-500 DG Super ---troubleshooting

Could somebody tell me what's wrong with my flash. After I turn it on, in the LCD, the word ZOOM 28 MM keep flashing. Even after I turn it off, it is still flashing. Here is a video of what I am talking about http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=__dqqezy538

Not enough battery power for it, its in the manual. Pull batteries to reset.

Change the batteries. If problem persists, your batter door may not be closing tight. Try holding it when you power it up, I have this problem occasionally and will be fixing it soon.
