I'm new here and have never posted a picture to a forum before. I'm not sure how to resize my pictures so they are small enough to be posted in a thread. Can someone please tell me how to do this.
Thanks for any help you can give me.

open it in MS Picture manager, resize 800X600, save and attach or embed... that should be the easiest unless you are familiar with some sort of PP software

Always helpful to tell us what software you have at your disposal. If you have a Flickr account you can uplaod the full-res version there and they will automatically create small, medium and large versions. Plus you won't have to get under the magic 150Kb POTN limit.

Thanks for the the responses. I use PSE5. I don't have a flicker acct. but maybe I should look into getting one. This time I took Bens advice and resized it using MS picture manager.

tis a Microsoft Product, and therefore probably Windows only so you wouldn't have it.

My apologies. My sarcasm was much too subtle. I threw a ::wink:: up in the corner, to the left of the post title in hopes you would catch on. I am well aware that Micro$oft products don't come on my Mac (In most cases).
