If you want the canon 40d body only buy it from Cameta camera(1-800-991-3350) they have it priced new right now for $1049, brand new USA model with canon USA warranty and they are an authorized canon dealer. I have purchased several items from them and they have been excellent with customer service- they are reputable and legit. glenphoto
