My friend from Texas was visiting this past week, and mom told me I should call Hasselblad to see if we could get a tour. I did and the woman told me they nowadays don't really take in regular visitors, but as my friend is a journalist she said she'd check it out. We went for the visit yesterday.
The day started with lots of snow, shovelling and trying to get into Gothenburg. Then we waited for the 16 bus that never came. My mom had to drive us finally and we were late by an hour. The guy was very nice though as I had phoned him to say we would be late.
We got to see a couple of media presentations, the assembly room and he told us the history of the company etc. So, now I have at least tried out three Hasselblad models. Nowhere close to owning one though. The H1 seems nifty though!
It was quite fun and yes, we did get a bus home. :)
