I do agree with stathunter and jenwales about #3, but i personally like #1. There's a certain subtly to monochrome that i really like, especially for portrait settings. I think the 1st does that justice. I do like #3 to though, especially how her face seems to have a radiance to it. Nice one!

I think #1 and #2 would work better with a tighter, maybe square, crop (up from the bottom).

1 is good. 2 looks kinda like it has a bit of a colour cast 3 is my fave. Very warm feeling, good composure. Good job on all of them but 3 is my fave.

I actually really like no.2 The colours make it look like something in an old N.Geographic mag. Was that the look you were going for? I love number one. What a fabulous profile she has. No.3 is great too but.. um.. is her nose glowing??

I like the colours in the subject in #3 but I don't like the background. If the background was black or white I'd pick #3 but as it is I'd go with #1.
