OK, here's the scoop, our church wants to have everyone's photo taken and publish a church phone book with everyones picture by their info. I'll be taking the photos but I don't know where to look for someone that offers the actual books. I'd give them the pictures with everyones info with them individually numbered. What companies offer this type of service?

The link provided above seems to be a fairly reasonable solution. If you know anyone that know InDesign, this seems to be a good fit for that. You can keep a table of your members and data and this will merge into a book for you. They have a large selections of templates and then there is even more that can be found online.
