Pink Flamingos! Really!!

Yup, real pink flamingos.

Is it OK? I would have liked fewer of the other birds, but I couldnt do much. There is just too many to clone out. I tried a tighter crop, but I found that the image did not balance well without that dark upper left corner. Made it seem too bright or something.

So, whadda ya think?

I like the lighting of the front bird, and the birds in the back are out of focus enough that they don't really bother me. The only thing I might have liked to see maybe trying to wait just a second and see you could get a shot without the tail crossing through the neck there. It's close enough and sharp enough to be a little distracting. I agree, the dark corners do seem to hold things together a little.

The tail is one thing, but I don't find it so bad. What bothers my eye is that the neck of the front bird is so perfectly lined up with the bird behind. My eye wants to follow the neck all the way up.
