I'm interested in getting a flash but I have no idea what to look for to make sure I get the one I need. Any suggestions?

Also, I have a i9100 printer and I need more ink. Has anyone used the comparible inks and do they recomend them or should I stay with Canon only brand?

Thanks for any help.

If you're in the US; I HIGHLY recommend www.eforcity.com. They're in California; and I get some things next day living in San Diego. I have never had an item NOT shipped out the same day if I order before 4pm.

I think this is the same ink as your printer... Both of these cartridge mfr's work for me; the color is no different than Canon's OEM; at 1/10th the price.

The last order was for ~40.00 in ink = 20 cartridges!!! I have NO fear of printing out pictures! At this cost; the paper costs more than the ink!

PS; their Cell batteries rock as well.
And Yes; they have BP-511's too:

I love this charger because you can use it in your car..

Okay; I'm done now. Sorry
(I had too much coffee this morning)

Check the EOS Flash Sticky for your flash questions.
For ink:
www.atlex.com
Personally, I avoid 3rd party ink. They can cause clogs and the color can vary from batch to batch. I use Epson Inks.
