I recently did a photoshoot in texas where I rented all the equipment for the shoot. this consisted of a 20D setup. I shot the images all in large jpeg+raw so I could have multiple options in post. I transfered all of the images via a card reader to my computer and installed the software that came with the camera rental. Now that I am home, I cant seem to be able to work with the raw files. when I open the cannon file viewer utility, i can see all of the jpegs just fine but i cant do anything with the raw files. Do I need an update? or a different program?
