Zoombrowser uploads the JPGs back into the camera, but not the AVIs. Want to be able to show the AVI's on friend's TV. Any suggestions? Do I have to go out and buy a compact flash adapter?

You need to use a card reader to transfer avi to the card. You can also show any other video if you convert it to a Canon compatible AVI.

Load your own AVI video into ZoomBrowser (use latest version 4.6.1a) and convert it to a Canon compatible AVI in the size that is correct for your Canon camera model.

Take a short video with your camera and rename the video from the ZoomBrowser using the AVI filename created with the camera and copy the renamed file to the CompactFlash card. It will now play in your camera using the small THM file with the same MVI number. With a S1 IS you can play back a 30min TV Show, other Canon cameras may have a 3 min. limit.
