Hong Kong 19 April 2008: Although Typhoon Neoguri has weakened into a severe tropical storm, but the strong wind signal number three remains in effect as it makes its way northwards towards the Chinese coast.

excellent composition especially on the focus of the middle lady there. Great work. Pity that the umbrella on the far right was cut off.
