Narrowed it down - Advice on purchase

Since my other thread kind of stopped :)

I've narrowed the purchase of two lens. (I don't want to spend over 300 really)

Tamron or Sigma 70-300 lens for my 300d.

Sigma is the Super Macro II APO and the Tamron from what I've seen is just the regular one.

Any recommendations on which? One is around 200 and the other around 130.
