I didn't realize my ISO was so high until I got home, but I'm a fan of the area so I'll be going back. There was a few times I was wishing I had a seperate flash to focus on the car. Not my best shots, but I'm a fan.

C&C please

Did you use a tripod? Nice shots anyway. But why put an automatic gearbox in that car? The manual ones from Mazda are fantastic.

Tripod was definitly in use, except for the interior shot. Automatic is not my thing, but I got such a deal on the car I went for it. Its still manumatic which suits the fancy.

I hate it when that happens. You spend so much time taking the shots, then when you get home, you realize your ISO was in the wrong spot.

But anyway, the car looks great!

Car looks really nice!
#1 - it might be my monitor, but the car lacks detail. And those lights - where are my sunglasses!? You really don't need to be at f/22 (2 sec). Let the light into the lens with a larger aperture and you'll get less flare on the lights. Also, shooting with the kit lens at a smaller aperture (say f/8 or f/11) will give you better quality shots. Avoid either end of the spectrum (f/3.5 - f/22) because the lens isn't as good with the aperature wide open or really small.

#2 - This one's better, but the light reflecting in the reat q-panel is a little distracting while the front of the car is hard to see. I'd also like to see the car less centered.

#3 - Great interior shot. My only crit would be that the outside of the car seen through the windshield is too bright. Maybe it would look better with a dark exterior.

#4 - I like this one. Again with the flares...

#5 - This one is my favourite. Great location and well composed. Even a little colour left in the sky too. Nice.

I like the lens flare! I'm a sucker for the star shaped lights, lol. I tried other apertures and wasn't a fan. Maybe I just want a better lens :p

#2 definitly has that distracting flare but I didn't want to spend the time editing it lol.

#3 This was just a shot I wanted to take for the heck of it, I actually like seeing out the front window cause its a nice spot. But I love it.

#5 I wish there was more detail in the car, and this shot has some seriously bad lens flare.

My interior lights are blue LEDs ;)

Thx for all the comments guys! The more I look the more I wish I had a lower ISO and more time to fiddle around, it was sooo late at night and Kitchener is an hour away (ish) from that location.
