430 to camera left on tripod fired by 550 on camera with flash turned off exposed for the sky i will try to get a diagram of setup online tonight when i get home from work if you want

why f22 and ISO 500? Why not drop the fstop a little and get a lower iso? Also another strobe on the front of the car would help a lot.

I agree to an extent... IMHO... the shots are great.. very dramatic looking... is there another way to do it? sure... but if this is what he wanted them to look like, then he did what he needed to do within his realm of skillz to get there...
the first thing I do on every pic is view EXIF... i was like :confused: when I saw them on these but then I was like... what difference does it make...I think it worked quite well for him.

I'd like to see more light on the rest of the car... they're a bit dark for me.

Way too dark for me.
Quick edit...still not good but only so much you can do with a jpeg.

It's an OK shot. Thing is, you already had better light there & didn't use it? Did you take any others with just the natural light?

^Sweet stang man! in the second series 1st shot turn the wheel the other way so u see the RIM and not the tire tread lol....like the 2nd one it looks way better :)

a few more shots using all natural light no flash Those are OK, too, but you need to place the car to get the reflections from the sunset in the body of the car. Something like this:
