Now here's an interesting paintjob (or vinyl stickers, I dunno).
I think it's a collaboration between Unicef (United Nations Children's Fund) and Norwegian Air Shuttle.

Very colorful.
I'm gonna guess paint job. Vinyl stickers (or vinyl wrap) works fine on a racecar going 200mph (and even then they sometimes lift off in places) but I don't know how well they'd hold up on an aircraft going in excess of 450kts...

I guess you're right. :D
The thing that made me wonder tho was that the ordinary Norwegian Air Shuttle paint scheme is still visible on the belly from the front end and halfway between the nose wheel and wing. These planes are white and have a red front, thus often referred to as tampon planes ;-)

Actually, it could be vinyl stickers...Air-Tran wasted no time putting a vinyl decal of Danica Patrick on one of their planes yesterday morning. They even added a few stick on letters to make the name Air-Tranica!
Nice shot of UNICEF plane too!
