CS3 Batch Question

When I do a batch it seems to save all of the files as the same name, and keeps overwriting the previous one.

What have I done wrong?

You included the save into the action.
Probably used "save as". (Or used "save" but were asked to name the file).

Easiest way to solve it, is to get the save out of the action, and use the Image Processor (In bridge > Tools > PS > Image Processor) to run the action.
