I like the conversion on #1 more than the others.
The others make me want to see the color versions!

i like the first shot as well, the contrast of the white toned flower and the black toned background works really well. For the rest of them I think adding some contrast will help. #1 and #3 are my favourites, nice shots

The tones and contrast are awesome, however imo i believe you went overboard on #3...the grays inbetween the pedals seem too fake for me
