question: notify me of replies problem

Well I'm wondering why I'm not getting e-mail when someone replies to topic I have posted? I did at one time get emails when someone would leave a reply.

I have the yes checked. But still don't get e-mail when someone replies to post?? :roll: How do I fix? Can anyone help me with this one? what am I doing wrong? :roll:

Sends an e-mail when someone replies to a topic you have posted in. This can be changed whenever you post.

If you have any type of anti-spam protection maybe the "forum@photography-on-the.net" responder address got mistakenly added to your blocked list. I'd check it out.

Does anyone else have problems with forum mails? As registering verification mailing seems to work just fine I assume the mail function on the forum works.

I am getting E-mails re: PM's still... But I don't have it set up for what Gail is looking for.

Gail,. are checking to have an email sent in the post itself too?

And it's always worked just till here lately. And I have no anti-spam protection on or anything different than before.

So I don't know what the problem is. Just like now in this thread it has 0 replies and 8 viewed. So I thought that no one had replied to my question till I just got private message from CyberDyneSystems I had no problem it came in email saying I had a private message. It's just seems to be
when someone replies to my post.

Ok well maybe Pekka, can find out what's going on with it.

Sorry about all the trouble...I found my mail from this forum and it was in my spam folder. I went there and looked and sure enough there it was.
why AOL is sending it there now I have no clue. I always gotten it before.
But now said spam mail. :roll: sorry so now hope I have it fixed to where it will come to my mail.

You know.. Hotmail did that to me about 6-8 months ago. I used to get all my Emails re: PMs in my normal "inbox" and suddenly Hotmail decides to drop tham all in the "spam" folder (junkmail). Had me confused for a while there too.
