Elements 3.0

I'm new to digital photograghy, and I proccessing.

I recently purchased PS Elements 3, and I can't seem to edit a photo and go to the organizer without the photo being locked, and it stating editing in progress. Does anyone know how to edit and save them without having them locked??

After you are done editing your photo, you need to save it away and then close it (out of the editor). Once the photo is closed, it won't be locked in the organizer anymore. :D
