I would like to buy a very small point and shoot digital camera just for vacation photos. Here are the specs that I am looking for:

4 mega pixel or more
3x optical zoom or more (I don't want digital zoom)
I need to be able to manually operate with or without the flash
small in size - to fit in a shirt pocket.
No movie feature.
Very quick and simple to operate. . . If I want more details, I own a d60.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

I have an SD200 that is 3.2 mp, but the SD300 is 5 mp and basically the same camera. It is lightning quick. I often walk the dog with it in my hand, configured so the power button is right on my finger. I can start the camera up and snap a photo in as little time as it takes to get the camera up to my eyeline. 3x optical zoom (also very fast), 12x digital zoom. Almost every camera you can buy now has some sort of movie mode, as does this one. It's tiny, has a nice big screen, and is lightweight.

I like Jethro's selection. Any of the Canon S-series would fit the bill.

It's also got a 60 fps movie mode, but the resolution is smaller I think.
