The wrinkle in the back ground is quite distracting. But the part is nice and clear. I might have shot it from a bit higher.

Pardon my ignorance, but what is this???
As far as the image, I like it but I agree with the wrinkle in the background.

It's a suspension linkage that hold the rear suspension shock of a mountain bike once install.
Sorry for the wrinkles it's my DIY little light box that I made out of a cardboard box and I didn't have any soft material to use for the background so I use Christmas wrapping paper instead and got the wrinkle I need to buy something else to cover the inside of the box any suggestion ?

I went background shopping the other day. I found a roll of paper at Michaels that is 4 foot wide and 12 foot long. $5.99. They have like 12 colors. It may be to big for you. But I plan on shooting some larger stuff as well as small stuff. Believe it or not right now Im useing newspaper!!! I am in a "not white" background phase. Our local newspaper gives away the remnants that are left at the end of the roll. And Im not talking 3-4 feet. The roll I have was about 100 feet when i got it. I do like the paper at the doctors office on the chairs... When it gets dirty, just pull it down and tear it off. Its a nice neutral color. I would not use it for a lot of things. But right now I am shooting a lot of stuff for ebay and it workes just fine.

At 5.99$ that's cheap and the size is good to as I'm planning at shooting bigger things I just need a place here in Canada that sells a roll like that for cheap now.

Ill have to keep the label on the next one I get so you can look it up that way. Ill probably get one this weekend.
And while 100 feet seems like a lot for the news paper to give away.... The roll originally is like a mile long!!!
