Unfortunetly some people took advantage of the situation to cause some ruckus. Those people were not Canadiens fans, just troublemakers.
In total I think 5-6 cop car got burnt down, a few stores got looted.

Good PJ work, I like #1 and 2. I imagine that it was difficult to jostle for position. Dude in the middle of the first photo has that "deer in the headlights" look.

All that for winning the opening round of the Stanley Cup playoffs? I know hockey is big up in Canada, but I would expect to see something like that if they were going to the Stanley Cup finals or even won the cup. All that aside, good work capturing the action.

Yeah I was a little surprised by the reaction there also. You'd expect that out of a city that hadn't "been there before", not from the fans of the team with the most Stanley Cups.
