I just bought the Canon S30 and I am not sure how to now get my movie clips off of my camera into my computer so that I can email them around.

I was using VideoImpression 1.6 and when I went to "acquire" it said that I had no images to show and that I needed a VFW driver... well I have 3 movie clips on the camera that I can see when I replay them on the camera itself,,,, but they don't seem to be able to be read/downloaded/imported by any software.

What have I done wrong??? Does anyone know how to do this??? And what software is best to use???

I am so confused - any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Felicia

I use Windows Explorer to copy all my files over, and works great

Another good program to download pictures and movies is Breeze Downloader. Much better than the automatic download window that pops up I think

http://www.breezesys.com/

(it's free btw)
