You need to upload it to a filesharing site (ie: Photobucket) and then post using [IMG] tags to the URL.

Go to www.photobucket.com
Sign up for an account
Upload photos (instructions on the site)
Copy URL (http:// etc etc)

You can then enter this URL on the forum, by clicking on "Insert Image" and pasting the URL into the box. This will enter the picture into your post.
