I have taken a few shots with my D60 and sharpened them with Pekkas LS342, and I must say that I don't see a thing wrong with them. So does that mean that Pekka's LS works just as well for D60 as it did my D30? If not what sharpening method should I use, I have the D60 CSPro and must say I am not the most pleased with it.

P.S. Pekka, If I could buy you a D60 for a D60LS I would in a second (if I had the money). Love your stuff!

Thanks :) :)

In D60 use LS would need some color correction changes and perhaps sharpening level adjusting (although in my tests the current sharpening settings looked quite good).

As soon as I have time I will try to perfect the color correction for D60.

I usually add +12 or so saturation for most images after LS, but I don't know if D60 needs it, too.

In the limited testing I did, I found that the reds were badly off using LS with D60 images, although the sharpening seemed perfectly OK. I don't think it's beyond the bounds of possibilities that the photos you take may look fine as subject matter clearly has an impact on colour range.

If you are happy then no reason, I suppose, not to use LS most of the time and go back to alternative methods when that fails.

Pekka, I was wondering how the adjustment is goin? If you need any help (I don't know if you have a D60), feel free to ask for pictures if you want to try and calibrate the colors. Also, can the D60 take more sharpening that a D30 pic, I have been using HQ Extra High Sharpening and found the pictures to be great, if anything can they take more sharpening than the D30's Extra High setting?
Thank you,
Blair
