Fashion photoshoot need some advice

hello there, i was wondering what you guys think about this image. This is my first time doing a fashion shoot. Please let me know what you all think. And some advice on what i should do next time. Thank you

I don't know anything much about portrait work, nor fashion photography, but the background strikes me as blown and the lighting generally as harsh and unflattering. She's very central, fairly frontal, and filling the frame like that looks more Xena warrior princess (not saying that's a bad thing) than the romantic sophisticate that I imagine you'd want me to imagine her being...? Not sure if such feedback helps - hopefully some of the studio-savvy guys will chip in soonish. Cheers, Tony
