I use this soft case from Pelican:
http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/443980-REG/Pelican_PCS247B_PCS_247_RSV_Wheeled_Case.html
It holds to 1D series bodies, 70-200 f/2.8L , 24-105L, a couple of primes, batteries, accessories, and a 15" laptop.

I'm getting a mac pro book with 17" but I do like this bag, do they make one for larger notebooks?

You might want to consider the Think Tank Airport Security, Airport International or the Airstream. These are top notch rollers.

I really like my Porter Case. They make a photographer's version and it's convertible to other uses. I broke down my Sony 537 Beta Cam and fit it in for a cross country flight and I've used it as luggage with a body and lens thrown in for walking around. Durable, flexible, and you can carry other stuff with it. Check it out.

I'm very fond of my Lowepro Road Runner AW. Here's a link to a review. http://www.vividlight.com/articles/515.htm

Traveling with a 17" laptop within your camera bag can be tricky. The easiest bag to configure is generally the Think Tank Airport Security or Think Tank Airport International.
The Pelican 1514 can be configured for a laptop, but "crushing" the center dividers with a neoprene sleeve, if you retain the "foam/egg shell" lid padding rather than the optional lid organizer.
If you keep the long center divider of thr 1514 in place and make sure you have at least four evenly space dividers below the corner areas of the 17" laptop, placing the laptop towards the bottom of the case it from slipping to the bottom, and tightly pack the compartments you create below your 17" laptop , you will create a "safe zone" of padding and even pressure around the machine.

Pelican, Think Tank Photo ("Air...") and LowePro (Computrekker) are all great rollers.
Worse comes to worse, they make hand/luggage carts that fold up that you can throw a couple of bags onto.

I LOVE my Think Tank Airport Security, this thing rocks!!!
2 1D bodies, 7 lenses including a 28-300, Gitzo travel tripod, chargers, P5000; I can't believe how much gear I can shove in this thing. And it's a legal carry on for Domestic flights, maybe International.
